At 3,718 metres high, Mount Teide is the highest point in Spain and offers spectacular views of the night sky.

The Teide National Park tour offers the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular sunset and an unforgettable astronomical experience. Departures are from various points in Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Along the way, you can admire the breathtaking landscapes of the island and witness a sunset that paints the sky with an incredible variety of colours.

The route continues up to an altitude of 2,000 metres, where the real magic begins. The Teide National Park, free of light pollution and certified as a Starlight destination, allows you to enjoy clear, crisp views of the starry sky, offering the opportunity to observe shooting stars like never before.

To enhance the experience, powerful lasers are used to point out constellations, important stars and astronomical navigation techniques. With the use of powerful telescopes, you can observe the surface of the moon (when visible), planets, nebulae, star clusters and, under optimal conditions, the Andromeda galaxy. During certain times of the year, the Milky Way can also be photographed using a mobile phone through the telescope.
