Visit the Montesdeoca Cheese Factory, where the master cheesemakers make some of the tastiest cheeses in the Canary Islands. With a great deal of effort and hard work, their cheeses and dairy products have won awards on more than 90 occasions, at island, national and international level.
In addition, a visit to their facilities will show you how they look after the animals, what they are fed and how they obtain the fresh milk they need to make their products.
A modest family farm that is firmly committed to local production, maintaining its commitment to preserving the tradition and uniqueness of artisan products made in the Canary Islands.
