A confirmation voucher will be sent by email once payment is completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show.

If the provider cancels the tour (e.g. due to weather), you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

You must arrive at the meeting point on time.
